The ROLAND® S-Powder is a white hot melt adhesive powder used for Direct-to-Film (DTF) applications. Use in conjunction with our Direct Transfer System Film (Roland S-F164) to create DTF graphics that can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, nylon, and rayon. In addition, the S-Powder is designed to produce vibrant transfers while providing a superior soft feel, great wash resistance, and stretchability.

NOTE: This product may cause sensitivity. Therefore, use this product in well-ventilated areas and practice safe storage and handling procedures. The use of PPE is not required but recommended. For further details, please refer to the Safety Data Sheet (SDS) in the Knowledge Base tab.

Create DTF Transfers In Four Easy Steps
With a direct to film workflow, Roland DG's BN-20D Direct-to-Film System improves upon the process by combining tested materials with Roland DG reliability for a system that will consistently generate quality results time after time.

STEP 1
Print to film with the BN-20D and S-PG inks, on S-F164 transfer film.

STEP 2
Apply shaking powder over the ink using S-POWDER. Note: Powder must be applied right after printing on film, and the Ink must be slightly wet.

STEP 3
Melt powder under heat press at recommended time and temperature.

STEP 4
Heat press design to your fabric and remove the film backing.

Perfect for all 100% cotton and poly blend direct-to-film (DTF) image transfer applications onto dark, light, colored t-shirts, apparel and more.
